First cleaning of completed floor slab and toilet wall as wall hacking was done.
Making FFL but rigid lumber at every corner of floor area (bedroom or hall area).
Making finishing but rigid lumber at toilet dado for plumbing alignment and to cross check right angle of every wall.
Tiles marking to be done on toilet dado.
Before starting tiles work need to take the clearance from electrical, plumbing, and tiles work related in-charge from client side.
Maintaining tiles batch number and stocking same tiles for reconciliation.
Need to take waterproofing clearance for wet area.  Follow approved drawing.
Discard any tiles that are chipped or cracked. Need to cut that tiles neatly and accurately.

Maintaining FFL level.
Maintain checklist documentation. Follow Approved drawing.
Maintaining proper tiles for proper location by name.
Maintaining tiles batch number and stock maintaining for reconciliation in future.
Using proper grade adhesive in dry area and wet area.
Dry laying to cross check wall bend or right angle problem.
Mixing adhesive with proper ration of adhesive and water.  Need to consume mixing adhesive within 30 minutes.
Fixing tiles with 8mm trowel, rubber hammer, tiles vibrator, spirit level as mention above on thin adhesive.
Maintain tiles arrow mark during fixing and following each tiles joint as paper joint.
Tiles must be correctly positioned at the time they are placed and laid with joints.
Maintain proper slope at wet area.
Set out the tiling width joint of consistent width, ensuring they are horizontal and parallel.
Once tiles fixed immediately cleaning to be done.
Once tiles fixed no one can move on tiles.
After completing of tiles (tiles cover, adhesive empty bag, waste tiles need to be dump.)
Use the approved grout and apply the grout in every joint smooth, level, and clean application.
Once checking work is done covering with 3mm protection sheet.

Procurement team to take undertaking from the manufacturer whether the tile is fit for flooring or wall dado

If the Thickness of Adhesive above 8-10 mm for Dado should be provide plastering from client side.
Cutting holes with round cutting bits.
After 5 days of tiles fixing joint filling to be done with approved grouting.

Take 9 tiles and lay them in a plain area for checking each of tiles size.
Putting one tiles on other for any bends in tiles.
Checking right angle of tiles by measuring length, breadth and diagonal.
Tiles thickness to be check.
Checking tiles lippage by sliding round coin. Checking color, shade, batch number of tiles.
Check for scratch , pinholes, bubbles,
Checking hardener of tiles by cutting 1 tiles. (if hardener is more can’t cut tiles in proper size ) Remove damage or faulty tiles.
Batch wise stocking and keeping stock for reconciliation.
Keeping all the tiles in dry area of minimum 100mm of height from ground level.

Check surface is free of defects and ensure all the MEP works completed and clearance shall be taken by MEP team.  All Plumbing Lines are required to be plugged with end caps before Tiling Works.
Ensure any electrical and Plumbing fixtures are not getting off-centre like half at plaster wall half in tile area
Ensure the Shower test has been done for external toilet wall surfaces.
Check electrical and plumbing chase cuts are filled with Ready mix plaster and fiber mesh jaali.
Check toilet waterproofing is done or not Check water tightness carried out to ensure all tie rods, wall ties are filled properly
Transfer 1 m level marking from lift lobby
Clean surface with fresh water and the surface shall be in SSD before laying dado
Check tile bull mark, right angle & uniform internal dimension
Check thickness of adhesive for thin bed adhesive max 8-10mm.
In case the thickness is more than 10 mm, then Ready mix plaster is applied as backing plaster (chat coat) with hacking of min 40 Nos per sqft on RCC surface to rectify and ensure curing for 03 days. Make sure that the thickness of RMP plaster is maximum 15mm allowed.
Install bottom Patti (metal Patti) horizontally on bottom layer of tile
Install bottom layer of dado tile after completing flooring considering the slope profile.1 meter reference level

Mixing adhesive with proper ratio of adhesive and water as per manufacturer guideline.
Cleaning toilet wall with wet sponge as during hacking too much dust power stick on wall.
Using 8mm trowel vertical direction for tiles fixing.
Use level machine for tiles level joint and for floor slop.
Maintaining arrow mark of tiles.
Using cut pies tiles for small tiles on wall or floor.
Ensure the ledge wall top and windowsill level to be followed as per approved drawing and make sure the level is transferred from 1M marking level.
Top layer of dado to be marked and checked after installation in case of false ceiling provision
